Flexible Schedules. Our hours of operation make us an excellent place to
work while attending school, or working around another job with matinees, evenings
and mid-day shifts. Staff members enjoy the roles of ushers, concessionists, box
office and with proper qualifications, projectionist opportunities. With multiple
duties available for scheduling, the Goodrich employee enjoys the chance for different
work opportunities in the work schedule every day, never falling into a boring routine!
(All applicants must be at least 16 years old.)
Great Pay and Added Incentives. Goodrich employees are given clear performance
reviews every 90 days, and the opportunity for raise evaluations each time! Booth
operators enjoy an extra evaluation bonus as they demonstrate their skill! Each
employee receives a movie pass and free concessions each week! Current employees
who refer an applicant who is hired and retained for 90 days receive a $25 bonus
too!
Theater Management
Onward and Upward. There’s nothing like it! Our staff have ample opportunity
for promotion. Qualified applicants can apply for positions as Manager-In-Training
(MIT), Assistant Manager or Manager. Goodrich theater managers earn commission from
concession sales, Quarterly bonuses from the operation of the theater and for training.
Managers running special events are paid up to $100 extra for the duty, depending
on time of the event. Managers also enjoy the opportunity for advancement to larger
and larger complexes, and District positions. Ability to relocate is a plus!
